Update: It looks like this might be like the Food and Wine set. Blind boxed with a variant. No official word yet, but with these two similar figures that's our best guess.

It's nice to see the Festival of the Masters get it's own Vinylmation. It's also nice to see a WDW event get a specialty vinyl. This particular one is fun and festive and I think it's a perfect fit. Although next year it would be cool to get a non mickey character like the Food and Wine festival has.
