2014 Ardy Vinyl Released at Radio Disney Music Awards

It is essentially the same figure as last year, but a 2014 version of the Ardy Vinylmation that made it's debut in 2013 was released this weekend at the Radio Disney Music Awards held at the Nokia Theater in LA. No word on edition size, but they retailed for $14.95.

The Vinylmation is identical except for the box art and the maybe the bottom of the feet. The Vinylmation  is based on the actual award handed out to the winners and was designed by Disney Design Group artist Lin Shih.

Ardy Returns for 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards

Last year, Disney introduced a newly designed award for the Radio Disney Music Awards styled after a Vinylmation and created by Disney Design Group Artist Lin Shih. It looks like they will continue to use Ardy going forward as it has been incorporated into the graphics promoting the 2014 show.

The 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards will take place in L.A. on April, 26th. Last year, there was a limited edition Ardy Vinylmation produced and both sold at the event and seemingly given out to celebrities who attended. It was a gold Vinylmation figure based on the award itself.

There is no word yet on if Disney has produced a new Vinylmation for this event, will re-release the same figure as last year or none of the above.

3" LE Vinylmation Offered at Radio Disney Music Awards

A limited edition 3" Vinylmation is being offered tonight at the taping of the Radio Disney Music Awards at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, CA. The figure sold for $25 and is based on the new "Ardy" award given out to the winners that was designed by Disney Design Group Artist Lin Shih. It seems to be an LE 2000, but not confirmed at this time.
