I LOVE the Donald. Also the use of the Minnie platform for the females is perfect. These look great in person but like most of you, I don't love the purchasing configuration. In pins, Reveal/Conceal works much better. You don't have to purchase the same revealed pin over and over. Disney has made it easier to complete sets by reducing them to 8, but this goes the other way. But if you are looking for just one or two of the characters, you should be able to trade for them easy enough. It's not supposed to be easy, and that is the point.

Sorcerer Mickey. This is what I expected from one the other Imagineer figures. It looks good and I look forward to seeing the other 4!
